Zumba is half latin dance moves, half aerobic moves... fun and fitness combined - exercise in disguise! No fitness or dance experience necessary. Come and join the party! All ages/abilities welcome, lovely venue, friendly classes, workout guaranteed, easy to find/signposted off A1M J4 - Gosling Sports Park - Every Wed 7.30pm. Free Parking, onsite facilities, bar/cafe/changing room/showers, bring wear appropriate clothing and footwear, bring water £5 per hour, pay on the day. Discounts for groups.
